New Brian - GSC devamp

Here is my take on New Brian as if he's a character in Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal. His in-battle and over world sprites.

There aren't any alternative sprites of his in-battle sprite, as he's holding a Poké Ball for the sake of the Pokémon world.
